Patients may still use insurance separately for services outside the practice, such as medications, laboratory testing, imaging, hospital care, or specialist services, depending on their coverage.

Yes. In-home medical visits are available for patients who value privacy, convenience, or reduced travel. A home visit allows your provider to discuss concerns and develop a care plan in a familiar setting. Availability depends on the patient’s location and scheduling needs. Virtual visits may also be a practical option for appropriate follow-up care and health discussions.

Your provider will determine whether a virtual visit is appropriate based on your symptoms and care needs. Concerns requiring a physical examination, point-of-care service, or urgent evaluation may require an in-home or other in-person visit.

A concierge primary care provider can support preventive health needs, routine adult primary care, diabetes management, weight management, behavioral health concerns, cardiac evaluations, and wellness planning. Holistic Direct Primary Care also offers functional and alternative medicine perspectives when appropriate. Holistic Direct Primary Care offers same-day or next-day appointment availability, subject to scheduling capacity and the urgency of your needs. Members can also use unlimited portal messaging for non-emergency questions and care coordination. For life-threatening symptoms, such as severe chest pain, trouble breathing, sudden weakness, or uncontrolled bleeding, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately rather than waiting for an appointment.

Adult membership pricing is $80 for ages 18–25, $130 for ages 26–55, and $155 for ages 56 and older. A Snowbird Membership for adults 56 and older is $620 per season and includes five in-home visits. Non-member visits are $210. Small-business membership pricing is available by inquiry. There are no enrollment or registration fees.
