Seven common signs of perimenopause are irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, mood changes, vaginal dryness, and changes in libido. Some people also notice brain fog, headaches, joint discomfort, or changes in urinary symptoms. These symptoms can overlap with other health conditions, so a personalized clinical evaluation is useful for understanding what is happening and identifying appropriate support.
Speak with a compassionate provider about your symptoms and next steps.
